We offer full-service mobile bar experiences which include picking up your beverages and all the goodies to go with them, full stylizing of The Gathering Trailer or Sidecar Bar and being the ultimate bartending hosts! Here is how it works:

Each booking includes access to styling pieces, with the option to elevate your setup through garden-cut florals, custom installations, bespoke seating, and additional décor to match your event aesthetic. the sidecar bar package

Starting at $1,300

Flexible for events up to 100 people. If event is less than 50 people, we offer an "intimate event" package we are happy to share with you! Perfect for bridal or baby showers, birthday gatherings, backyard dinners, corporate and brand events, or anywhere a mobile bar is needed!

the gathering trailer package

Starting at $2,000

Events over 150 guests are considered large events and may be better suited for The Grand Gathering.

Ideal for weddings, larger celebrations, and milestone events where you want a beautiful, full-service bar experience. Perfect for wedding receptions, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, private estate events, corporate gatherings, and elevated birthday parties.

3–4 hours of service
Beer & wine service
2 signature garden-to-glass cocktails

Base styling with interchangeable décor wall
Access to elevated styling & Decor Closet pieces

the grand gathering package

Starting at $3,000

Best for large-scale events and high-guest-count celebrations where additional service and flow are key. Ideal for weddings with larger guest lists, multi-day wedding events, large corporate functions, brand activations, festivals, and upscale private events.

the "do it ourselves" gathering

Perfect for showers, brunches, casual celebrations, and daytime events where a full bar isn’t needed. Ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday brunches, garden parties, pop-ups, and casual at-home gatherings. We drop by, set-up, your guests self-serve, and we come clean up after. Please reach out for pricing.

Every experience includes our antique cart watering station, a self-serve water feature styled to match your event. It’s a thoughtful detail that keeps guests refreshed while adding charm and intention to the overall space. It can also be used as a lemonade stand, iced tea station or candy cart for an additional charge. YES, you definitely want a candy station for your guests. Ask us about it please!
