What is The Gathering Trailer?
The Gathering Trailer is a fully restored 1960s vintage horse trailer transformed into a mobile bar and coffee experience. It serves as a beautiful focal point while providing full-service beverage offerings for weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds.
What is the Sidecar Bar?
The Sidecar Bar is our standalone portable bar option. It offers the same service options and experience as The Gathering Trailer — including professional bartending, equipment, and styling — in a more compact setup that works well for indoor venues, cocktail hour, smaller spaces, or locations where the trailer isn’t accessible.

Where are you located and how far do you travel?
We are based in a suburb of Charlotte and serve events throughout both North Carolina and South Carolina. Travel within a 30-mile radius of downtown Charlotte is included. We’re happy to travel beyond that area — additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to North Carolina regulations, clients purchase and supply the alcohol. We’ll provide a detailed shopping guide to make the process simple and stress-free.

logistics
How much space do you need?
The trailer requires a relatively flat area and space for parking and service access. We’ll confirm site details with you during the planning process.

Does the trailer require power?
Yes, the trailer does require access to power so it can be plugged in. If power is not available on-site, we can coordinate a generator ahead of time. However, generators can be noisy, so a direct power source is preferred whenever possible.
What happens if it rains?
The trailer is designed to operate in most weather conditions. For severe weather, we’ll work with you on backup plans or alternative setups.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons. Dates are secured with a signed agreement and deposit.

How do I reserve my date?
To secure your event:

3. Sign your agreement and pay the deposit

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
