Our themes are designed to create that feeling, each one thoughtfully layered with textures, details, and elements that transform the trailer into something more than a place to grab a drink. A space where people naturally gather, linger, and connect. Every theme includes a beautifully styled base setup, with the option to elevate it into a more immersive, fully designed experience, all tailored to reflect your event and the atmosphere you want to create.
European White Garden
The European White Garden theme was inspired by some of my favorite experiences traveling through Europe long before The Gathering Trailer ever existed. One of the things I loved most while traveling was visiting gardens in different countries and seeing how each culture expressed beauty through flowers, textures, and design. Some of the gardens that left the biggest impression on me include the gardens at Kensington Palace in London, the elegant Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris, and the breathtaking Keukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands near Amsterdam. Each of these spaces has its own personality, but they all share a feeling of calm beauty, thoughtful design, and timeless charm. When designing this theme for The Gathering Trailer, I wanted to recreate that feeling of walking into a European garden — soft white florals, touches of greenery, and layered textures that feel romantic and classic rather than overly styled.

Greenery Goddess
The Greenery Goddess theme is rooted in a deep love for plants, nature, and the way greenery can completely transform a space. Over the years, I’ve found myself continually drawn to spaces filled with plants, homes, gardens, restaurants, anywhere greenery is layered in a way that feels alive and intentional. There’s something about being surrounded by plants that instantly softens a space and makes people feel more at ease. What started as a small collection of houseplants slowly turned into something much bigger, filling corners, shelves, and windows with layers of green. It became less about decoration and more about creating an environment that felt full of life. When designing this theme, I wanted to lean fully into that feeling, not just adding greenery, but creating a space where it feels abundant and immersive. The trailer becomes a lush, living installation, with plants woven throughout in a way that feels organic and effortless.

Vintage Library
The Vintage Library theme was actually the original inspiration behind The Gathering Trailer. I’ve always been drawn to antique pieces and old-world spaces, especially libraries. I grew up in a home with a beautiful library, and something about those rooms, the books, the warm lighting, the wood and brass accents, always felt deeply comforting, timeless, and inviting. They were spaces you wanted to settle into, to stay a while, to gather and connect. And honestly, I think that feeling stuck with me from a young age, probably reinforced by a little childhood fascination with grand libraries (Beauty and the Beast definitely played a role).
When designing this theme, I wanted to recreate that same sense of warmth and familiarity, a space that feels collected over time rather than styled all at once. The Vintage Library blends antique elements with layered textures, warm lighting, greenery, and curated objects to create an atmosphere that feels like an old study or a cozy whiskey lounge. It’s intimate, a little moody, and designed for guests to gather, linger, and enjoy the moment.

Tulum Bohemian Dream
The Tulum Bohemian theme is inspired by the relaxed beach energy of Tulum, Mexico. Natural textures, warm earth tones, dried florals, woven elements, and layered textiles.
There’s something about Tulum that feels effortlessly beautiful. It’s not overly styled or forced, it’s organic, textural, and grounded in nature. The spaces feel open and relaxed, yet still intentional and visually rich. This theme brings together terracotta pottery, pampas grass, palm leaves, woven baskets, and soft fabrics to create that same feeling, a space that feels laid-back but thoughtfully designed. The goal is to recreate the atmosphere of a sunset gathering by the beach, where the light is warm, the air feels easy, and people naturally gather around the bar without needing much direction. It’s relaxed, textural, and inviting, a space where guests can settle in, stay a little longer, and simply enjoy being together.

The Pink Disco Party is designed to be pure joy. It’s playful, glamorous, and just a little bit nostalgic. I’ve always been fascinated with disco balls, the way they instantly transform a space and create a magical wow moment when the light hits them. This theme brings that same spirit to your celebration. Think pink, sparkle, music, and celebration. The trailer becomes a glowing centerpiece filled with disco balls, pink accents, soft lighting, and floral moments that make guests stop and smile. For all of my Chappell Roan Pink Pony Club lovers, this theme is absolutely for you, but it’s just as perfect for anyone who loves a classic old-school Barbie pink aesthetic or a joyful, feminine party atmosphere.
